TV Castings For 7/16/14: Ben Kingsley Set To Star In Spike’s Event Series ‘Tut’

Luke Mitchell and Jaime Lee Kirchner have joined ABC’s Members Only, an upstairs/downstairs soap set at a private country club. Thomas Jane has been cast as the lead in Syfy’s The Expanse, that follows the case of a missing young woman who brings a hardened detective and a rogue ship’s captain together in a race across the solar system to expose the greatest conspiracy in human history. Michaela McManus, David Meunier, Gaius Charles and Chris Sheffield will recur on NBC’s Aquarius, about an L.A. police sergeant with a complicated personal life who starts tracking a small-time criminal and budding cult leader seeking out vulnerable women to join his "cause." Peter Shinkoda will recur on Netflix’s Daredevil.

Ben Kingsley has been cast as the lead in Spike’s Tut. Cote de Pablo will star in CBS’ miniseries The Dovekeepers, which centers on four extraordinary women whose lives intersect in a fight for survival at the siege of Masada.
