  Mortar Media: Cameron Kadison, Diane Perez and Antranig Balian, former managers at Principato-Young, have launched this management and production company, based in Beverly Hills, to focus on nonscripted television, branded content, on-camera talent, and business development.   ReCode: Walter Mossberg and Kara Swisher, founders of the technology conference and website All Things Digital, have launched this new independent technology news, review and analysis site.   Unnamed Ken Slotnick Management/Production Company: Ken Slotnick will head a new management and production company, with financial backing from Ron Burkle’s investment firm The Yucaipa Companies.
