Ray Donovan executive producer Cheo Hodari Coker has been hired as executive producer of the upcoming series on Netflix. Coker will reportly also write the first two episodes of the series, which will reportedly premiere sometime in 2016. Mike Colter has been cast in the title role, and will first appear in
AKA Jessica Jones, which will debut on the online streaming service later this year.

The shooting schedule for the new season is more than a little wonky, as they have already begun shooting it to take into account star Zooey Deschanel’s pregnancy, which will not be written into the show.

The project is being developed at the studio for
The Wolverine star to play the role of the Jewish man of God (also known as Saul of Tarsus) who crossed over to speak to the Romans and preach the word. Jackman would produce, along with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck under their Pearl Street banner. A screenplay is currently being penned by Matt Cook. Also producing are Jennifer Todd and Chris Clarke, who helped initiate the project.

Ansel Elgort has closed a deal to play the lead in the film, which follows a talented, young getaway driver who relies on the beat of his personal soundtrack to be the best in the game. After being coerced into working for a crime boss, he must face the music when a doomed heist threatens his life, love and freedom. Wright will write and direct the film.

The latest trailer for the upcoming George Miller action thriller is easily the wackiest, and promises plenty of action upon the film’s release, May 15th. Tom Hardy, Charlize Theron, Nicholas Hoult, Zoe Kravitz, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Megan Gale, Hugh Keays-Byrne and Josh Helman all feature in the madness.
