Suit alleges "a desperate attempt to steal clients and employees" in response to the industry-shaking defection of 10 agents on Tuesday and Wednesday. In the suit filed yesterday in Los Angeles Superior Court, CAA alleges seven causes of action, including claims of breach of fiduciary duty and breach of the duty of loyalty against agents Gregory Cavic and Gregory McKnight, both of whom worked for CAA for a decade before abruptly jumping ship to UTA.

The Heat director Paul Feig is in negotiations to direct the project, which will have a script by Jason Micallef. Hasbro, Chernin Entertainment and Feig’s Feigco shingle will produce. It’s the latest example of studios embracing branded products for tentpole entertainment, and Hasbro has about as much momentum in the branded film realm as anybody.

The online streaming service announced via the show’s Twitter page that the show would be coming back in 2016. Netflix closely guards its viewership numbers, so there is no word on how the third season compared to that of the first two, but it was clearly good enough for the network to bring the show back for at least one more go around.
