Blue Chalk Media: Greg Moyer has launched this Brooklyn-based production company, which will focus on documentaries and digital content for news outlets and nonprofits.  Moyer will serve as Chief Executive Officer. Additionally, Pam Huling was named Chief Operating Officer, Lisa Jamhoury has joined as Director, Digital Communications, and Catherine Yrisarri has came aboard as Producer, Development.  Rob Finch has joined as an Executive Producer in the company’s Portland, Oregon satellite office.   Catalina Capital: Larrikin Entertainment partners Greg Coote and David Calvert-Jones have announced this finance fund to generate studio and independent projects.  Larry Lopez will head the division.  The Weinstein Company is providing a first-look option on domestic distribution and international sales.   Endemol Beyond: Endemol has launched this new unit with an initial $40 million investment, in order to expand its digital video business in the U.S., the U.K., Germany, France, Italy, and Spain.  Will Keenan has joined as President, Endemol Beyond USA, and Georg Ramme was named Managing Director, Endemol Beyond International.   Entertainment Tonight Studios: Linda Bell Blue has taken the role of President at this newly created studio, which will generate “Entertainment Tonight”-branded series and specials for cable, broadcast, and digital platforms.  She will continue in her role as Executive Producer of “Entertainment Tonight” until June 2014, at which time D.J. Petroro and Linda Fuller are set to be promoted to Executive Producers.   Publicly Private: Bruce Dern and business partner Wendy Guerrero have formed this feature film production company.   StoryBy Entertainment: Michael Prevett, Literary Manager at Rain Management Group, will head this new venture, which also includes Rain Management Group’s Jonathan Baruch and Rob Wolken, as well as Howard Braunstein of Howard Braunstein Films.  The company aims to package, produce, and finance projects based on RMG’s source material.   Virgin Produced India: Virgin Produced partnered with India's Cinema Capital Venture Fund and Los Angeles-based Tantrik Group to launch this new venture, which aims to generate entertainment content for the Hindi-speaking marketplace.
