WME: Actress Naomie Harris, known for her role as Moneypenny in the current James Bond films has signed with WME. She will reprise her role in the upcoming film Spectre. She also just wrapped Our Kind Of Traitor, playing the lead opposite Ewan McGregor and will also be in Jungle Book: Origins for Warner Bros. Harris continues to be repped by Untitled, Melanie Cook and Jamie Afifi of Ziffren Brittenham, and Angharad Wood in the UK.
WME: WME has signed on digital influencer Jake Roper. He is a YouTube vlogger with two and a half million subscribers and counting. Vsauce3 is a channel dedicated to fictional worlds and video games. There are currently six recurring segments including HeadShot, Game LÜT, DONG, App All Knight, 9bit, and Fact Surgery.
CAA: Producer Robert Rovner has shifted from UTA to CAA. He is the co-executive producer on drama series Blood & Oil, premiering this fall on ABC. Previously, he was an exec producer on TNT’s Dallas, and was the co-showrunner on the ABC drama series Private Practice. He continues to be managed by Larry Shuman at The Shuman Company.
WME: Youtuber Caspar Lee, with five million subscribers on his channel and two million subscribers each on Twitter and Instagram, has been signed by WME. He hails from South Africa and started the channel in 2010. He was recently seen in the 2015 Spongebob Squarepants film.
Paradigm: Actress-producer-writer Anne Heche has inked with Paradigm. She most recently starred in the USA series Dig and in last year’s Lionsgate action film, Wild Card toplined by Jason Statham. She currently is developing a modeling industry series entitled Icon for NBC with producing partner Cindy Crawford. On the film side she’ll next be seen in One Shot, the backstage musical comedy with Topher Grace, Taye Diggs and Rob Riggle.
WME: Elise Strachan, known for her YouTube channel MyCupcakeAddiction has also signed with William Morris. Her channel currently has two million subscribers. Her channel is about learning how to create baked goods like the professionals in informative, easy to follow tutorials.
WME: Comedian and rappers David and Andrew Fung aka the Fung Brothers have also signed with William Morris. They have over one million subscribers and describe themselves as “brothers who believe in advancing the education and discussion of Asian and Asian-American topics for people around the world.”
