Patrick Wilson, Ted Danson and Jean Smart all sign on for the second season of the FX Network’s ongoing anthology series, joining the previously cast Jesse Plemons, Kirsten Dunst, Nick Offerman, Jeffrey Donovan and Angus Sampson. The story this time around will be set in 1979.

Producer Marc Platt, who oversaw the adaptation from a best-selling book into the Broadway musical that became an international sensation, said he hopes to have the film done by then, but it is “not set in stone.”

Michael Keaton will join J.K. Simmons in the
King Kong prequel, which will also star Tom Hiddleston. The movie will go before cameras this year for a March 10th, 2017 release.
