Arrow and
Flash that will set up the team spin-off, of which Savage will be the prime villain. In comic books, Vandal Savage is a caveman who was granted immortality and great intellect by a mysterious meteor. Over the millennia, Savage built a massive criminal empire, becoming one of history's greatest villains.
