PMK•BNC: Multi-platinum recording artist and tech entrepreneur Kevin Jonas has signed with PMK•BNC. In addition to being an established musician and actor, Jonas is the creator and developer of the app, Yood!, a food-on-demand discovery application for IOS and Android that launched last November.
UTA: Sarah Silverman is another that has shifted from CAA to UTA following the 12 agents who made teh shift in weeks prior. Silverman has an untitled comedy pilot in development at HBO and she's wrapped on the following films: Supermarket, Ashby and Still Punching the Clown with I Smile Back awaiting release. She will continued to be repped by Thruline and Ziffren Brittenham.
ICM Partners: X-Men and Taken franchise star Famke Janssen, who is wrapping up the third and final season of Netflix’s Hemlock Grove, has left CAA and will now be repped by ICM Partners. In addition to acting, Janssen wrote and directed the comedy Bringing Up Bobby in 2011. She continues to be repped by Brookside Artist Management and Morris Yorn.CAA: Youtube star Jenna Marbles, aka Jenna Mourey, has signed with CAA for representation in all media, personal appearances, publishing, etc. She’s the most-watched comedy personality on YouTube with 14.9 million subscribers and counting and more than 1.7 billion views. Across social media she has over two million fans on Facebook and Vine and over three million on Instagram. She also executive produces Collective Digital Studio’s digital series Maximum Ride.
ICM Partners: Screenwriter Tim Talbott has left CAA and signed with ICM Partners. This year he garnered the Sundance Film Festival’s Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award for The Stanford Prison Experiment, which IFC is releasing in July. Previously he was an executive story editor on Chicago Fire and a staffer on Medium. He continues to be managed by Anonymous Content.
CAA: Kate Beckinsale has left UTA and signed with CAA which she was with back in 2009. Beckinsale next stars in Relativity’s The Disappointments Room. The Whit Stillman-directed Love And Friendship along with Absolutely Anything produced by Mike Medavoy.
